Nearly Died

When I saw this friendly guy on my mailbox as I was walking by.

Dear Foxwood Residents,

If anyone has lost their (illegally kept) pet snake, I have found it. It is on my mailbox. Dead. Please remove it, so I can check my mail without screaming.

Sometimes

I feel like nursing school is just one big hoop that I have to jump through. And every semester the hoop gets taller, and I lose the strength and desire to jump. Still, I do it anyways in the hopes that it will all be worth it one day. That or I'll drop dead from exhaustion and none of this will matter anyways.

How to improve employee morale

While I was at work today a little girl came by and discretely dropped this note off on my desk. Best part of my day, and that's saying something. I got free breakfast at work and there was bacon involved.

In other news, I turned 21 last Friday. Not sure how I feel about that. Turned out to be a good birthday though. One of the best.

Epic Fail

I got this back from a presentation I did a few weeks ago.

That's right. Straight zeros. I didn't even know that you could prepare and present a project and still get no points at all.

These were all her notes on my presentation. But, don't worry, she left me with some great final words.

Why my dad and I feel the need to pose like this, I do not know.

But apparently I have the same interests as a 6 year old.

And dress like a 2 year old. Awesome. People are right, I do like to wear costumes.
